Terms of use

The conditions for using fullmock, in plain words. The privacy notice, which says what we store about you, is a separate page.

What fullmock is

fullmock is a practice site for the TOEFL iBT test in its 2026 format. It offers full-length mock tests, practice by task type, scores, explanations and feedback. It is an independent service: TOEFL and TOEFL iBT are registered trademarks of ETS, and fullmock is not affiliated with or endorsed by ETS.

By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account

You need an account to sit a test. Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account is for one person.

You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time; the privacy notice says how.

What is free and what is paid

A new account can sit one full mock test free and sees its band scores. The answer key, explanations, detailed feedback and the other review tools are part of the paid plans, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

A membership (Plus or Pro) opens what its plan lists for the length of time you bought. It is a one-time payment and does not renew by itself.

A paper bought on its own can be sat as often as you like. After each sitting, its detailed report and the assistant are open for 48 hours; band scores stay.

Activation codes unlock one paper each for whoever uses them. An invitation gives one extra free mock to the new account, and one to the inviter once that account has finished a full mock.

To keep the service affordable there are daily limits on how much the tutor, the assistant and scoring can be used by one account. The limits depend on the plan and are generous for normal study.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency shown on the page. Payments are handled by payment providers; we do not receive or store your card or wallet details.

What you bought is added to your account when the provider confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If a payment went through and nothing was added, or something else went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will look into it.

Scores and feedback

Reading and Listening are scored from your answers. Writing and Speaking are rated automatically by AI models against the task criteria, and the feedback is written the same way. It can contain mistakes.

A mock score is an estimate to help you prepare. It is not an official TOEFL score, it cannot be sent to an institution, and it does not predict or guarantee the result of a real test.

Using the site fairly

The tests, questions, recordings, explanations and the site itself belong to fullmock. You may use them for your own study. Please do not copy, record, publish, sell or share test content, and do not share your account or your codes in a way that lets several people use one purchase meant for one.

Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

What you write and say in the tests stays yours. You allow us to store and process it so that it can be scored and shown back to you, as the privacy notice describes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running and the content accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. If a fault on our side costs you a sitting you paid for, contact us and we will put it right.

The service is provided for exam preparation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as an exam result or an application outcome.

We may change the site, the plans or these terms. Changes do not shorten a membership you have already paid for. The date at the top shows when this page was last changed.
